| The port of Tulcea has two roads situated
as follows:

After the vessel has completed shifting to berth at the wharf, she is boarded by the Sanitary Commission (for the sanitary inspection of crew as well as for veterinary and phitosanitary inspection). After the vessel has effected the sanitary inspection, she is boarded by the Control Commission. The Master fills in a form of declaration in 4 copies which together with the cargo plan, manifest of goods, sanitary certificates, etc., is handed to the representative of the Agency. Within max. 12 hours after performing arrival formalities, the Master or Chief Mate fills in the questionnaire Declaration in the Harbour Master's Office and the following documents will be tendered until sailing of the vessel:
Note: Crew lists and passenger list must be issued in several copies (about 10 pcs). If the vessel is staying more than 12 hours in the port, provision lists, crew personal goods lists and bonded goods lists should be issued. Entrance ETA Agents and port authorities should be kept well informed about the vessels estimated time of arrival at SULINA bar in order to arrange Sulina Chanel transit formalities. Fire Fighting Tugs One fire-fighting tug available. Garbage Removal Harbour River berths of abt. 350 m in length and draft of 5 to 7.0 m. Harbour Master Health and Medical Pilotage Pilotage is compulsory for all vessels. River pilots are replaced by port pilots at the road with pilot boats only. Small quantities of MDO (up to 20 tons) can be supplied by barge or truck. Arrangements to be made through agents. Towage Towage in the road and the port is performed by
the Port Administration based on the Towage Contact form, distributed
to the vessel by Agents. Towage services in the road and in the port are
performed continuously, 24 hours daily. Tugs are fitted with VHF radio-telephones
